If you have a separate fax machine, scanner, and so on, all of that equipment needs to be stored near you. And you will probably have some files to store, as well. File drawers are convenient, because they hold a lot of paperwork, and you can use the top of it for more counter space or storage.

That brings us to the chair. If you purchase an ergonomic chair that is completely adjustable, has five legs, and adjusts perfectly to your back, you will be happier. The sitting position for any length of time can take its toll on your neck, back, and spine. Any relief is suggested and desirable.
